Salesnow.deals’ shipping policy. Our shipping policy is a reflection of the shipping procedures and practices of our suppliers. All orders/items should arrive in great condition. We offer a full refund or exchange on items that are damaged or defective on delivery. For more information on refunds & exchanges, review our terms and condition.
How we calculate shipping rates and costs. We weigh the overall package and use a shipping cost calculator to get a shipping price. For example, if a parcel is small but heavy, we may get a shipping cost based on dimensional volume, which may be cheaper. When calculating postage by weight, we use the total weight of the package and not the weight of the product alone by itself.
We offer different shipping options/services that our customers can choose from during checkout. Based on the different couriers we work with, those options will determine how much shoppers pay for shipping and how quickly they’ll receive their package.

Delivery time may be influenced by order completion and payment verification time. We ship out orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been processed successfully.
How fast we ship out is determined by the time between the payment is processed, to the moment the delivery company successfully receives/picks up the product from us.
After an order is placed, it will appear as “processing.” This means the order is in the process of being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
When a product is marked “Ready to Ship,” the item has most likely been dropped off with the delivery company and will ship within one business day.
We do offer different shipping options, like standard, expedited, Priority Mail, etc. We also offer free shipping on some products/items.
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or missing and most of the time it is out of our control. Contact us if your package is lost or missing, but first, follow the steps below to verify if the package was actually delivered.
After completing the above steps, Contact us with the update, if necessary we will make inquires with the delivery company.
While we investigate, we will offer a one-time full refund, or replacement for the item depending on the customer’s choice.
If the customer chooses to receive a full refund, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
